No online payments

This website does not process payments or checkout. Accepting a proposal creates the commercial relationship; payment terms appear in that document.

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false contact details. We may refuse or end correspondence that is abusive or outside our service scope.

Intellectual property

Site text, branding, and layout belong to Futuredigisvc or its licensors. You may not copy materials for commercial reuse without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of website content. Engagement liability is limited as stated in the signed proposal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any different forum chosen in an engagement letter.
